We believe that to be your best you, you have to look after you.

We are all our most productive when we are calm and neutral, not when we are stressed and feeling overwhelmed. We know, because this company was built from the need to create space for breathing, believing and being. Our bodies work hard and our environments be that home-life, work-life or the times we live in can influence or affect us. Sometimes it's hard to achieve a quiet mind, get a restful night's sleep, or find the ability to focus.

We want to help by giving you something that you can bring into your daily routine that will quietly support you and fortify you. Our products are designed to work alongside you, to compliment what you are already doing, be that a boost to your morning coffee, a delicious afternoon pick me up, or something soothing to send you to a restful sleep. We want to make looking after your body easy and delicious.

I truly believe in the healing capacity of plants, mushrooms, and ingredients found in nature, and the amazing role they play in supporting our and nourishing our bodies .
My promise to you is that each product we create will be purposeful, delicious, natural, honest fuel to keep your engine running, to support you, and to nourish you.

Souper Mix's

We are launching our new savory line of products, a delicious collaboration brought to life by two local moms, the talented chef Cara Baker and the inspiring vegan author and activist Robyn Lawley. When our founder, Esther, learned about Robyn Lawley's remarkable journey of utilizing functional ingredients to recover from Lupus-induced strokes and manage epilepsy, it sparked a newfound sense of innovation.

With the shared goal of promoting wellness and creating easy to consume nourishing mixes, our savory line embodies the spirit of collaboration, passion, and innovation.

"We were focused on how we can draw from natural organic functional ingredients to create something delicious that can help combat the depletion we were all experiencing." Esther Downton, Founder Ritual Powders.

The power of the mycelium network is strong!

Our Souper Mixes are a great way to add the incredible benefits of fungi in a delicious manner. I use this mixture all the time now in my vegan recipes to also add flavor or for bouillon use. I’m so excited to be part of this collaboration to make plant based healing an easy and accessible ritual for good health!’ Robyn Lawley, Model, Author, Activist.

Cara Baker, Chef & Breadmaker

Cara is a trained chef with nearly 15 years experience and a passion for finding the perfect flavor combinations.  She has carried this passion across the food world; working as a chef, cheese-monger and bread baker in Chicago, DC and NYC.

She spent two years working at “America’s first certified Organic” restaurant, Nora, in Washington, DC.  During that time, she expanded her knowledge of nutrition and sustainable farming, as well as getting to know the people who produced the ingredients used at the restaurant.  This experience has left her with an unwavering dedication to quality ingredients produced sustainably.  Cara followed this path into bread baking; working at the Hudson Valleys’ certified organic bakery, Bread Alone. Cara brings this commitment to quality to Ritual Powders as she leads formulation of their new line of broths.

"I'm all about finding the perfect flavor combo"

“It's been exciting to draw from my culinary training to use organic superfoods and mushrooms in the design of our functional nutritious products!” Cara Baker, chef and breadmaker.
